Hello , my beautiful people! I am back! I hope you all have had a great time with the last challenges I wrote about. Let’s continue to stay active with our workouts, especially during the summer months. Please make sure that you continue to follow up with your doctor before increasing or changing your workout routines.
Today it’s all about walking!! Or like Ciara said 1,2 steps and here are a few tips to keep you cool/safe in the summer heat.

HOW TO STAND RUNNING/ WALKING/ JOGGING IN SUMMER HEAT

The best time to run, jog or walk is when the sun rays are not that strong. I would recommend morning, or when the sun goes down to start walking/jogging or running. According to “Fleetfeet.com” avoid cotton and synthetic fabrics, both fabrics take a long to dry and leave you feeling sticky and soggy while you run STAY HYDRATED – DRINK WATER throughout the day and carry hydrated packs.

  • Heavy sweating
  • Cold, pale, clammy skin
  • Fast or weak pulse
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Fatigue, dizziness, or fainting

Let’s walk it out,walk it out and do one two-step! Are you ready?! It doesn’t take that much, play your favorite music, and walk it out for 30 minutes.
